Remembrance Sunday Plaque

Last week saw our commemorative blue plaque unveiled at The Hawthorns by West Bromwich Albion as part of their tribute to Harold G Bache. The Remembrance Sunday commemoration was part of the minutes silence whilst the last post was played. Harold G Bache was an exciting new centre forward at West Bromwich Albion, who was an exceptional all round sportsman, whose life was over at the young age of 26 when he signed up for combat duty, where in 1915 he was gunned down by a snipers bullet. We were highly honoured to make the commemoration plaque local to the club in our foundry in Wolverhampton in honour of such a great man.
