How To Order Your Plaque
As each of our plaques is created uniquely for every client we quote individually for each plaque.
Ordering from Signcast couldn’t be easier.
Decide on the size, shape and wording for your sign.
Either email us the details or call to discuss your plans in more detail.
We have a specialist pattern maker available who will provide patterns made from artwork or will create a design from a simple drawing including company logos and crests.
You will be emailed a design for approval before your pattern is made, your order placed and your sign will then be cast and finished to your specifications.
Your bespoke sign will be designed and manufactured especially for you.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Returns
As all of our plaques are 100% bespoke we only accept returns on damaged or incorrect goods, if you are not satisfied with your goods please contact us immediately at enquiries@signcast.co.uk.
